Mama Meet-Ups
Yoga + Community + Tea
The transition into parenthood is such a special experience. One full of so much joy and love, and also rife with challenges and so much change, so quickly!
Becoming a mother is such a transformative experience that you really can’t understand how it will affect you until you are experiencing it - this is one of the reasons why having a community of support from others in a similar stage of life can be so powerful. While our lived experiences will always be unique, we have so much in common as well.
Many mothers are struggling, feeling anxious, overwhelmed, lost, and lonely - if you are one of them you should know that you are not alone. There is great potential for comfort and healing through true connection, and these events are designed to create just that.
Discover a deep well of support from within yourself and a community of mothers.

Hi, I’m Mary
and I am so glad you’re here! The transition into motherhood has been the most amazing and challenging experience of my life. There’s no way to truly understand the depth and breadth of growth that comes with becoming a mother until you experience it. And a transformation like that isn’t easy.
The intensity of the mental and emotional experience on top of your new role and responsibilities plus the physical recovery can be overwhelming and oftentimes lonely. Drawing on my background in yoga and embodiment practices, and years of psychological study, I’m sharing the tools and resources that have been most helpful for me in this transformative period to provide moms, like yourself, with support throughout the joy and challenges we’re facing as we grow with our child(ren).
