Why the foot focus? Because, being bipedal, your feet are your foundation. That’s a pretty important factor in whatever you like to do- walking, strength training, golfing, practicing yoga, etc.
If you’d like to move with ease and confidence, maintain strength, grace, and independence as you go through life a strong and adaptive base of support is crucial. We are built to move and healthy, mobile feet are an essential component of leveraging yourself in the world.
